When Does a Mortgage Pre-Approval Expire?
Our Pre-Approval Letters are good for 120 days. At any point from the moment you receive the letter to the day you close if there are any negative credit circumstances or job/income changes the pre-approval will need to be reviewed. As long as your situation remains the same you have nothing to worry about.

There is more work to do!
Your loan processor will work with you to clear the remaining items required by the underwriter. An appraisal will be ordered and you will select a home inspection company to validate the condition of the property.
