I'm a proud father, a husband and an entrepreneur who is passionate about unlocking the potential of our community. I'm a Homeownership Advocate who happens to be licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Realtor whose only goal is to Strategically increase homeownership awareness in underserved communities.

  • What is your mission as a Leader in the Homeownership Field for the Black Community?: To let our community know homeownership is within reach at a low cost and for anyone who has a 580+ credit score. For to long we’ve generationally rented when we could generationally own thereby creating wealth for our families that can be passed on to future generations. Right now that housing payment is fueling your landlord’s lifestyle and retirement plans.
  • Can you explain what drives you to fight for homeownership in the Black community?: Simple, the statistics show we’re significantly under represented in the homeownership realm. I feel it’s due to fear of the unknown, a lack of education and know how. I think each can be addressed via homeownership conversations nationwide. My goal is to be a spark for those conversations to begin and be a part of them.
  • How are your partnerships helping minority home buyers?: I have established relationships with many grant providers and 100% financing programs which allow for a low cost down payment entry point to homeownership. My Realtor Partners are experts at negotiating a 6% maximum sellers assist which helps our buyers cover their closing costs. As I like to say in many cases a home can be purchased for less than First, Last and Security!
  • What do you say to people who are skeptical about achieving homeownership?: Just get started, what do you have to lose? Everyday spent paying rent is a day you’re losing equity in your own financial future. Homeownership is a process and whether now is your time or a year from now let’s have your “Homeownership Conversation” and strategize towards your homeownership goal.
  • What do most clients say after working with your team?: We communicate, educate and deliver on our promises in a timely manner. The joy of “Key Day” always makes the process worthwhile!
